Settling down in Dubai

Since we settled down in Dubai, many relatives and friends have come over here and visited us.

First of all Mom's friend Faten and her son Karam. Then Rasha mom's friend with her daughter Jana. Then Uncle Samer, who was the first to be our guest at our new home. Then Jido Walid and Teta Selma were the second guests to stay over. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time with each one of them.

I'm having fun here in Dubai. Every Friday we have lunch with Khalo Hisham. I see my friends Kareem and Leen during the week and soon inshallah, in November, Uncle Ashraf and Aunt Maisa will have their baby who will definitely will be my friend.

At night I watch with Dad the World Cup ... Mom is an Italy fan and Dad a Brazil fan as for me I'm with Argentina ;-) There are lots of places to watch the World Cup here which are nice and cheap such as the Convention Center where they have set up a stand and the atmosphere is like you are at a real football match. It's really amazing, and there are so many activities for children to do while their parents watch the match, and the there is delicious food and snacks to eat as well.

Now I am older, I have begun to shout and scream and laugh a lot and I eat almost everything haha. I also play and even stand up, ready to walk anytime soon. I understand everything and I know when mom and dad talk about me. Everybody down in the shopping center near our home knows me and they call me Walido. They always play with me and I talk to them saying "Aaahh ... gaaaa … eggeeehhh" haha.

I have 5 teeth now and more are coming on the way J . And every morning when I wake up I stand on my bed holding the bars by one hand and talk with the doggie with the other hand… ehhheee

I have two DVD's which have all the songs which have now become my favorites and I love most of them , especially "The Farmer in the Dell", "Old McDonald" and "Three Little Kittens"). I like dogs and cats especially the bark of the doggies which always make me laugh .. wooof woof.. hahaha.

Now, I can't wait to go to Amman cos I miss everybody there. I will have my first birthday party and will play and have fun with everybody soon.
